We take payment. Custom work is not refunded in cash. Digital products are prepaid.
No cash refunds. You get the revisions in the package you bought. Extra revisions are billed. A $500 deposit reserves the start slot and is credited to the invoice. After we start, the deposit stays on the job. Monthly service: cancel with 30 days’ notice; the current period is not prorated.
Digital listing. All sales final. If a fact on the card is wrong (name, phone, services), we revise the listing. No cash refund.
Prepaid credits. All sales final. If our product is down and a paid session could not run, we replace that credit. No cash refund.
Orders placed on those platforms follow that platform’s rules.
